September 17, 2003…Country star, Trace Adkins will appear on Fox Sports' "Best Damn Sports Show Period" Wednesday, September 24 at 8:00 p.m. ET (check local listings).

Adkins should fit in nicely with the no-holds-barred approach the show takes to blend sports and comedy with an irreverent tone. No doubt, Adkins will discuss his days as a football player at Louisiana Tech, as well as, the topical sports stories of the day.
