ADDED TO ROSTER OF STARS TO PERFORM AT ENTERTAINMENT MECCA

ENTERPRISE, AL--(February 19, 2008) – From Grammy nominees, jam bands and country music sensations, BamaJam boasts a box office line-up and the stars keep on coming!

Capitol Records country sensation, Trace Adkins, and fan favorite, Tracy Lawrence, have been added to the roster of high profile performers to take the stage at BamaJam, the 3-day country music extravaganza scheduled to be held in Enterprise, AL.

Adkins and Lawrence join the list of 30 award-winning acts slated to perform at the outdoor musical event that’s been pre-described as an entertainment giant--combining the elements and character of Bonnaroo, Woodstock, Telluride and Country Thunder.

Ronnie Gilley Entertainment presents BamaJam, an all-encompassing community and creative arts experience staged to attract Classic Rock, Alternative, Bluegrass and Country music enthusiasts from around the world.  The first annual BamaJam Music & Arts Festival will take place, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 5 – 7, 2008 at Boy Scout Road and Highway #167, Enterprise, Al.

Adkins, who is one of country music’s top headlining performers, and Lawrence, a perennial country music favorite, will join Hank Williams, Jr., Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ-Top, Randy Owen, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town and Darryl Worley on the roster of big-ticket acts slated to perform at BamaJam.  They’ll bring their rousing, hard-driving country shows to BamaJam on Friday evening, June 6.

Adkins’ high energy set will include a plethora of his smash hits from his eleven-year career including " (This Ain’t) No Thinkin’ Thing," "I Left Something Turned On At Home," "Every Light In The House," “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," "I Got My Game On," and his latest, " Your Gonna Miss This."

A southern boy himself, the Louisiana-born-and-raised baritone has recorded seven studio albums (5 certified million sellers) and two greatest hits compilations, including his latest, AMERICAN MAN, GREATEST HITS--Volume II.   Most recently, Adkins has been a viable contender on the NBC hit series, "The Celebrity Apprentice."

Lawrence, who is a member of the Enterprise and New Brockton community as a partner in Mayberry Place, has a music career that spans over 16 years.   Time and time again, he’s proven himself as a formidable stylist in the country music format. Lawrence has celebrated successes with gold and platinum sales and 17 No. 1 singles including "Alibis," "If The World Had A Front Porch," "Time Marches On," "Sticks And Stones," "Paint Me A Birmingham" and his recent No. 1 hit “Find Out Who Your Friends Are.”

Other new additions to the Country Music Stage are:
Country music newcomers Jason Michael Carroll  ( “Alyssa Lies”) and Eric Church ( “How ‘Bout You”).

Appearing on the Bluegrass Stage along with Ricky Skaggs, Del McCoury, Ralph Stanley and Dan Tyminski are:
The 2008 Grammy Nominee, extraordinary bluegrass sextet and dynamic family band, Cherryholmes.
The Duhks--A multi-talented group of high-energy, tattooed twenty-somethings from Winnipeg, Manitoba, who have been riveting audiences around the world with their folk-rock-Celtic-old time-bluegrass-contemporary-gospel music.

Joining Nanci Griffith on the Alternative Stage during the 3-day event are:
Railroad Earth, a roots, Americana-based jam band that combines elements of bluegrass, rock and roll, jazz, Celtic and more.
Corey Smith, who is known as the “unsigned golden artist,” counts 44,000 people on his MySpace "Friends" list, has received 2.5 million song plays and is ranked as the No. 1 unsigned country act, the No. 5 unsigned acoustic act, the No. 11 unsigned rock act and is No. 30 on the list of all MySpace artists. Smith has sold 113,000 song downloads with more than 70,000 on iTunes alone.
