The Canadian Country Music Association has released the names of the artists who will be performing one of the largest Canadian fan appreciation parties in country music each year: FanFest. Admission is free, and the party not only delivers over a dozen stars on stage – but autographs and photo opportunities with the stars themselves.

This year FanFest takes place Saturday, September 8 from 11am to 3pm at the Credit Union EventPlex @ Ipsco Place in Regina, Saskatchewan, and fans will be enjoying performances from some of their favourite artists in country music.

Performers will include: Gord Bamford, Jason Blaine, Brian Byrne, Diane Chase, Patricia Conroy, Jessie Farrell, Steve Fox, Sean Hogan, Brad Johner, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Charlie Major, Prairie Oyster, Johnny Reid, Crystal Shawanda, and Shane Yellowbird, plus invited guest Willie Mack.

And the big thank you to fans continues at Brandt Centre September 10, when for the second year, only fans have access to floor seating. The CCMA Awards show airs Monday, September 10, live at 8pm (8:30NF) on CBC TV, with encore airings on CMT Canada. The broadcast will also be carried in the U.S. on television network Great American Country (GAC) and in Australia on CMC (Country Music Channel).
