"My prediction is that the year 2007 belongs to Todd. The man has heavy talent, and is an incredible performer." Susie Martin/WATZ Radio
Houston, TX (March 12, 2007) - Native Texan Todd Fritsch is keeping the home fires burning, breaking attendance records at his HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW & RODEO BBQ Cook-Off debut with an audience of 93,642; the HLSR's after-hours mecca THE HIDEOUT (5,011), and at the Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra's Salute To America's Cowboys event (682).
Fritsch is not only moving large audiences, but his latest single, "What's Wrong With Me," is climbing the charts: Texas Music #17, Music Row #36, and broke on to the R&R/Billboard monitored chart. The track is from his upcoming Diamond Music Group/Spinville CD, SAWDUST, which is due out April 17. The video for the single (featuring guest stars Roger Clemens and Eddy Raven) has been serviced nationally, and in the first weeks of promotion has already garnered over 700 plays. Early media feedback on SAWDUST is overwhelmingly positive and Fritsch plans on fanning the flames. He's just wrapped up a successful CRS-38 appearance; he's booked for the upcoming CMA Music Festival (Nashville) and plans are underway for a fall tour of Europe.
