Trace discovered his daughter’s allergies when she had a reaction in the family’s home near Nashville. “I was shocked and scared to death,” Trace recalls. “I had never seen anything like this.” Trace tells Country Weekly, “It’s just a helpless feeling when your kid can’t do all the other things that kids can do.” Trace also takes fans inside the world of the NBC-TV series Celebrity Apprentice, where he lost in the final round of competition. “I was disappointed,” Trace admits. “But it was a wonderful opportunity.”
