Nashville, TN – Often referred to as the “hardest working band in Country music,” Emerson Drive are taking advantage of days that aren’t spent out on the road recording the highly anticipated follow-up to Countrified, which yielded the band’s first #1 song, the GRAMMY-nominated “Moments.” They have once again teamed up with Teddy Gentry and Josh Leo to produce this album, with a debut single set to impact within the coming weeks.

Known for their high energy live show, the band just received the award for “Best Major Performance” from Campus Activities Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Poll. Emerson Drive have been active in NACA (National Association of Campus Activities) for the past four years and always make sure to tour college campuses when Spring rolls around.

Emerson Drive have also received nominations for two ACM Awards: Group of the Year and Song of the Year for the band’s first #1 hit, “Moments.”

On top of the accolades, Emerson Drive are nominated for a Dove Award in the category of Special Event Album for Songs for Worship. The band contributed a performance of “I Can Only Imagine” to the compilation. The 39th Annual Dove Awards will air on the Gospel Music Channel on April 23rd at 8:00 pm Eastern / 7:00 pm Central.
