Jason Blaine continues to dominate the charts as his current video, Flirtin’ With Me, hits the #1 spot on CMT’s CHEVY CROSS CANADA COUNTDOWN. Produced and directed by Fahrenheit Films’ Tony Hrynchuk, this marks back to back #1’s from Blaine’s sophomore album Make My Move.
The debut single Rock In My Boot was an instant hit this past summer reaching Top 5 status at radio and hitting the coveted #1 slot at CMT Canada on September 8th, 2007
Shot in Saskatoon with Simon Shohet and Hrynchuk in the fall of 2007, Flirtin’ With Me marks the second video collaboration for Jason Blaine and the Fahrenheit crew.
"Jason definitely has the magic touch for songwriting," says director Antonio Hrynchuk. "I am not surprised he has another #1 video with "Flirtin' with Me." Written by Blaine and Texan Willie Mack, Flirtin With Me reached Top 5 at radio nationally (R&R Jan 4 2008).
Plans are currently in place to shoot another video in late March to support the early May release of Blaine’s sophomore album Make My Move.
Look for Blaine to hit the road in Canada during the first two weeks of March followed by major summer festival appearances in Dauphin, Grande Prairie; Manatoulin; Carleton Place, Peterborough; Camrose and Whistler.
