Yes fans, once again our Shane Yellowbird has done very well at this years Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards in Winnipeg Manitoba. Shane humbley accepted awards for:
Aboriginal Entertainer of the Year
Best Country CD - "Life Is Calling My Name"
Best Music Video - "Pick-up Truck"
making him the big winner of the evening. Each time Yellowbird took the stage he ensured his band members accompanied him to share in their achievements, as fans cheered and clapped and girls screamed "we love you Shane". It was a truly memorable evening.
Quickly moving on to Shane's next potential and promising awards are the "2007 Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards" held in Toronto this weekend. Smokin' hot this year Yellowbird is up for five, (yes that's 5) more awards including:
Best Male Artist
Best Song Single - "Pick-up Truck"
Best Music Video - "Pick-up Truck"
Best Country Album - "Life Is Calling My Name"
Best Album of the Year - "Life Is Calling My Name"
HOTTEST SONG ON THE CHARTS
