Promotes New CD Through Radio, TV and Acoustic Performances
Nashville, TN (November 20, 2007) Arrowhead Records' Jeff Griffith ran the gamut of appearances up and down the Row on a recent trip to Music City. Griffith, in town two days last week promoting his new CD, IF IT AIN'T ONE THING IT'S ANOTHER, joined producer Joe Stampley for an hour-long visit with Bill Codyof WSM 650's Morning Show. In between the banter (topics ranged from hunting, to Texas, the new CD, and Gary Stewart), Bill played two tracks from Griffith's CD. The phones lit up for both, "I'm Your Radio," and "Drinkin' Thing." This was Jeff's second visit to the station; earlier in the year, he appeared on Eddie Stubbs' show.
Later, Jeff performed for the staffers at Country Weekly, playing four songs ("It Ain't The Clothes That Make The Man (It's The Woman)," "I'm Your Radio," "She Reminds Me Of You" and "Holed Up In Some Honky Tonk)." Syndicated television show INSIDE MUSIC ROW was on hand to capture the action.
Cybercountry
chose the great outdoors for their interview and performance, and from there it was off to Music Row magazine headquarters. Griffith's current single, "I'm Your Radio," which holds the #39 spot on the MR CountryBreakout chart this week was a highlight of that short, acoustic set.
